“Behind each piece is a story, a culture. I think it's important for us to keep those stories alive and pass them on." - Lucas Snyder
Founded by Lucas Snyder, The Collector's Alley specializes in the buying and selling of museum quality 19th century American Indian Art. Offered for sale are pieces from the Plains, Plateau, Prairie, Southwest, Northwest Coast, and Great Lakes regions. We offer individualized services to collectors and institutions.
Mr. Snyder has produced multiple catalogs and discussed the importance of collecting American Indian Art in articles published by The Reporter Herald. He has also had the pleasure of working with several museums, such as the Loveland Art Museum in Loveland, CO, and the Museum of Emigration in Gdynia, Poland. He is continuing to work with both museums and private collectors abroad.
Whether focusing on a particular item or items, The Collector's Alley is well-equipped to satisfy your collecting needs.
